Lucy Loggenberg
Founder
I have nearly three decade’s experience in the South African, Botswanan, Namibian, and Mozambican private and public sectors, with solid expertise in the legal compliance in various sectors such as Mining, Engineering, Retail, Manufacturing and Construction.
I founded Alpha Educational Services in 2016 and provide a full set of compliance services, including auditing, consultation and training. Focused primarily on ensuring that your organisation is focused on identifying and controlling the main risks (reputational, regulatory, and legal)
I function well as an individual and in team environments, as I build solid relationships at all company and other stakeholder levels. I am comfortable with change and resilient under pressure, as I have successfully managed and participated in complex, multi-disciplinary projects and tasks in multi-cultural environments. I have integrity, and am dependable, energetic, and honest with strong leadership skills.

Her expertise as an assessor and moderator and in designing and implementing comprehensive HR development programs has improved our overall organizational success.
